Bio: Cecilia is the creator of Authority Wellbeing Healthy Living Blog (founded 2014). She trained as a pharmacist and dental hygienist.
She believes that health and well-being is our most valuable asset. And, that the best way to healthy living and happiness, is for people to develop healthy living habits that suit their personality, beliefs and customs.
Cecilia’s mission is to inspire, motivate and support regular people to adopt and build up a healthier lifestyle, all while enjoying everyday life.

Cecilia grew up in Nigeria, has 3 grown up children and currently lives in the UK with her family and a Jack Russel, Rosie.
